1. For all products sold and delivered by ADCSOLAR, the customer benefits from warranty certificates according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. 2. Products with a warranty certificate issued by ADCSOLAR:
1.2.1. In order to facilitate the customer's access to the service in the event of a product failure during the warranty period, the seller has entered into partnerships with major manufacturers to ensure repair as soon as possible.
1.2.2. Therefore, for some of the products sold by adcsolar.ro, the customer will receive a warranty certificate issued by adcsolar.ro in electronic format. The certificate will be sent both by email and in the product box.
1.2.3. In this case, if the product fails during the warranty period, the seller will ensure the repair through the Pick-up & return service: it is necessary to complete the product repair form; the seller will send a courier to the customer to pick up the product, free of charge, and after the product is repaired, it will be returned to the customer, also by courier, free of charge.
Products with a manufacturer's warranty certificate:
1.3.1. For some of the products sold by ADCSOLAR, the customer will receive a warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer or distributor in hard copy. The certificate will be in the product box or pasted on the outside of the box. The customer must keep the certificate in order to benefit from the guarantee, if applicable.
1.3.2. If the product fails during the warranty period, the repair will be carried out by the authorized service network of the manufacturer / distributor, in the centers specified in the certificate.
1.4. Products with physical delivery (by courier) are original, sealed (in the form they come from suppliers) and will be accompanied by a receipt (issued by the seller or courier company) and, where applicable, a warranty certificate (for products that requires warranty). The absence of the product warranty certificate, in the case of products covered by the warranty certificate, must be reported within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt of the product. Any subsequent referral will not be considered.
1.5. Any lack of conformity resulting from an incorrect installation of the products will be considered equivalent to a lack of conformity of the products, if the installation is part of the contract of sale of the products and the products were installed by the seller or under his responsibility. These provisions also apply if the product intended to be installed by the consumer is installed by him and the incorrect installation is due to a deficiency in the installation instructions.
1.6. The consumer benefits from the provisions of O.G. no. 21/1992 on consumer protection and Law no. 449/2003 regarding the sale of products and the guarantees associated with them.
